Gwinn Modeltown Market Summer Concert & Car Show
Every summer, Farmhouse Arts brings live music to the Gwinn Modeltown Market’s Summer Concert & Car Show in Peter Nordeen Park, downtown Gwinn, Michigan — supporting local and regional musicians with grant funding from Michigan Humanities. The event includes children’s activities, educational workshops, farm-to-fork food concessions, farmers market vendors, a classic car show, and live music throughout the day — all in line with our mission of supporting the performing arts while blending nature and music.
Community Festivals — Dunesville Music Festival
Farmhouse Arts maintains a nonprofit booth at the Dunesville Music Festival in Benzie County, featuring:
- 50/50 raffles supporting our mission.
- Led community jam sessions — bring an instrument and join in; kids welcome.
- Information about the organization and how to get involved.
Grant-Funded Music in Small Towns
We partner with foundations including Michigan Humanities to fund performances in communities that might otherwise not have access to live music. If your community or venue is interested in hosting a funded performance, contact us.
Our Roots: Farmfest
For many years the organization hosted Farmfest at its farm property — a celebration of music in nature. Following significant ice-storm damage in 2025, the festival is paused while the land recovers.
